1. Service

NegotiQ provides an AI-generated analysis of text you submit (e.g. contracts or offers), delivered via a secure online dashboard and email link to the address you provide, for a one-time fee stated on the website (Pro) or under the free plan limits. The service is provided by Stackedge (CIF: ESY5818456E), with registered address at Barcelona, 08026, Spain. Contact: hello@stackedge.ai.

2. Not legal advice

All analyses are generated by artificial intelligence for informational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice. You remain responsible for your decisions.

3. Immediate delivery and withdrawal

By requesting immediate delivery of the analysis, the customer expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal under EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

You will be asked to confirm this before we process your request. If you do not agree, do not purchase the service.

4. Price, VAT, and payment

The price is as displayed at checkout. For EU consumers, applicable VAT may be added according to your country of residence (place of supply for digital services). Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your full card details.

5. Hosting

The application and related infrastructure are hosted by Vercel Inc. Subprocessors (e.g. email, payments) may process data as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited under mandatory law.

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law (including LSSI-CE where applicable). The courts of Spain have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or the service, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
