1. Data controller

2. Data we process
We may process: account and contact details (e.g. email address); payment-related identifiers provided by our payment processor (Stripe); the text you submit for analysis (contracts, offers, or related content); technical logs (IP address, browser type, timestamps) for security and service operation; and communications you send to us.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We process data to provide the NegotiQ analysis and deliver your report via a secure online dashboard and email link (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR); to process payments (performance of a contract / legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(b)/(f)); to comply with legal obligations such as tax and accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c)); and to secure our services and prevent abuse (legitimate interests, Art. 6(1)(f)). Where we rely on legitimate interests, you may object as described in section 7.
4. Hosting and processors
The service is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States and other regions as described in their documentation). We use subprocessors such as Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). Transfers outside the EEA, where applicable, are safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms (e.g. Standard Contractual Clauses) as required by GDPR.
5. Retention
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, including statutory retention periods for invoices and tax records. Analysis content may be deleted or anonymised after delivery unless we are legally required to retain it longer.
6. Your rights
Under GDPR you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Spain the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD). To exercise your rights, contact hello@stackedge.ai.
7. EU VAT
For consumers in the European Union, VAT on digital services is generally charged in accordance with the place of supply rules (Directive 2006/112/EC). The applicable VAT rate depends on your country of residence; where required, VAT is collected via our payment provider and shown at checkout.
8. AI and no legal advice
NegotiQ uses artificial intelligence to generate analyses for informational purposes only. Outputs are not legal, tax, or professional advice.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
This policy is governed by Spanish law (including LSSI-CE where applicable). Disputes relating to data protection or this policy are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory rights you may have under the law of your country of residence as a consumer.
